So, as you can tell, I’ve moved the blog over here to WordPress. I did it mostly because inserting pictures in the Blogger interface was excruciating. It’s much easier over here. Now, on to the real reason you’re here.
When last we met I was getting ready for the cruise. It was a blast! Here’s a couple of pictures of the flight down. Doesn’t the husband look thrilled! 
The first night we went into the French Quarter and wandered around before going to dinner. I may have had one of these (sorry about the blurry picture) at Tropical Isle.
This place is pretty cool. Check out this guy.
After a few drinks we went to Muriel’s for Josh’s birthday dinner. Everything was delicious! We had a prix fixe 3 course menu and I chose the fried alligator, Pecan Crusted Puppy Drum, and the creme brulee. When the waiter saw us giving Josh a card he brought out a birthday dessert, too! it was a chocolate cappuccino cup with mocha mousse in it. He loved it!
The next day we were on our way to the cruise. More to come…
