I am eating the most fantastic sandwich for lunch!!
But, before I get to that…
I forgot in last night’s post about the CLIF bar I ate at the gym.
I bought this and ate half while on the stationary bike before Piyo and the other half on the elliptical machine after Piyo. I needed some fuel.
This morning I had a whole wheat English muffin with natural peanut butter and a banana.
I’m SO bad about letting bananas go bad. It’s because I like my bananas in a perfect state of" “ripe, but not too ripe.” Thank goodness for smoothies! Now I can freeze my bananas and not be so wasteful!
Lunch today is a spinach and romaine salad with grape tomatoes and fat free italian dressing, sweet potato chips, and…wait for it…a ham sandwich on whole wheat with a little RF olive oil mayo, smoked ham, cranberry apple butter, and brie!!! Foodtastic!
Yummy in my tummmy! These chips will probably go back in my drawer. It’s a large bag.
To be a little more positive today rather than the Debbie Downer I was last night…
I’m having a good hair day!
And, yes, this is a good hair day for someone with naturally curly hair.
