Freeezing!

Afternoon!!  Boy, it is freezing in my office.  I’m scared to turn on my heater, though, because I don’t want to cause the circuit to blow.  Anywho…it hasn’t been a particularly exciting food day.

I had the same thing for breakfast today as I did yesterday, raisin bran crunch and skim milk.  Then, at 9AM they served us breakfast during a meeting.  I didn’t take any pictures, because, of course, I didn’t want to whip out a camera in the middle of a meeting.  I had a piece of cantaloupe, a pice of pineapple, some strawberries and half of a HUGE banana nut muffin.  It was REALLY good!  I started with a quarter, but then got another quarter after the meeting.

For lunch I had two smart ones quesadillas.

Again, I started with one and then was still hungry so I nuked the other one, too.

The plastic bag you see has sour cream in it.  If you squish it all down into a corner and cut off the tip you can easily distribute it on the quesadilla. :)   I don’t know why sour cream gets such a bad rap.  The regular stuff is only 60 cal. for 2 TBL and 5g of fat.  That’s not bad!

I also had an orange Bot water. I had read about them on Meghann’s site and wanted to try them out.  Pretty tasty!  I do believe she’s hosting a Bot water giveaway until tonight, so head over there to comment.

I am going to workout tonight, probably after dinner.  It’s less busy and according to that article I posted a while ago, your heart rate will be higher in the evenings.

I am actually planning to make dinner tonight, too!  I’m thinking of some sort of salmon (canned), broccoli, and cheese casserole.  Yum!!  See you then. :)

  1. I love anything with sour cream. Sometimes I forget that dressings and dips have calories too. I love them too much. *blushes*
