Good evening!! Can you believe it!? I finally made it to a kettlebell cardio class!
It was awesome!! I have a feeling I wont be making it to Body Pump tomorrow. This class worked all the muscle groups! Definitely a class I plan on returning to. Imagine doing an aerobics class with a weight in your hands at all times. There were lots of squats and lunches, shoulder lifts, etc. I think I’m gonna be feeling it tomorrow…stay tuned!
Here’s some of what I’ve been eating over the last two days.
Greek yogurt with strawberries and Multigrain Cheerios.
The ever present burrito.

Planters nut-trition packs. Has a TON of different nuts in it.
A fruit strip.
An apple peanut butter dipper from wawa
Mini Luna bars. Not my fave. Have that protein bar smell when you open them and slightly chalky taste.
I’ve also updated my 8k training schedule based on my current performance level and ability. Hopefully this will help me survive it.
Now, I’m off to bed before I….ZZZZzzzzzzzz…….

I also love getting a good workout! I think that I would enjoy that kettlebell class. I always love a little physical challenge.
I’ve always wanted to try using Kettleballs!
The kettlebell cardio class sounds great! I like some luna bars but not all. The caramel nut brownie is usually pretty good.
