Dinner tonight was an absolute success despite my repeated attempts to ruin it.

Boo! Still feeling like I’m coming down with a cold. No fever, though. I tend to run lower than normal, though, so it’s hard to tell.
Today for lunch I snacked on breakfast leftovers. Spinach quiche, potato casserole, and some popcorn.

split squats (or static lunges) on the Bosu ball
push ups on the Bosu ball
bicep curls with body bar
shoulder press with body bar
tricep lifts with body bar
